Confirmation will be sent to you using your email address one last time, then your details will no longer be available to us. You may re-register at any time, via our website only, as it is important that we receive your express consent that we may use your information again.
Who receives your information
Your personal information is collected and retained by OneHR Ltd only. All members of the OneHR team are fully aware of the General Data Protection Regulation principles. Your details will not be shared with anyone else without your consent.
Where your information is stored and how it is kept secure
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, IT and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We may use a database to retain prospective client details and use Mail Chimp to keep you informed of any news we feel will be of interest to you.
Transfers outside the EU
We currently see of no reason why we would need to transfer any personal information on prospective or retained clients outside the EU. Any future changes will be reflected in this Statement.
How long your information will be held
We understand that business needs fluctuate and that while you may not need ongoing HR support right now, this may change in the very near future. For this reason, we will retain your information for a period of two years, after which, it will be removed from our database.
You may unsubscribe from any information mailing you receive from us at any time.

You may request details of the personal information we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please email your request to hello@one-hr.co.uk. If you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect or needs to be amended, please email us as soon as possible with the amendments to be made (such as change of address or contact details; change of leadership; etc).
We will promptly correct your information and will confirm when it is done, using the email address you have provided.
