Owner and founder, Kaye Shane, has worked with a number of clients in both the public and private sectors from manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, housing trust and council to technical specialist and creative media. Her expertise lies in offering pragmatic, tailored human resource management solutions helping to maximise the potential of clients business’s and staff.
An experienced Generalist HR professional with over 20 years of front-line and strategic human resource know-how, Kaye has worked with small, medium and large organisations. Kaye trained in the fast paced environment of retail management before moving on to a full HR management role in one of the worlds largest US owned manufacturing businesses. From there she has enjoyed senior generalist HR roles in two international blue chip pharmaceutical organisations and worked as a consultant for an HR and management consultancy before founding OneHR.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (MCIPD), Kaye’s passion is for bringing pragmatism and solution oriented expertise to clients and using that as a platform for improving engagement, employee relations and performance. Companies she has worked for include: Kingfisher, General Electric, GSK Pharmaceuticals, Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Insight HR and Management Consultancy.
